The minimum time is 120 days from the filing of the
divorce.

time depends upon the ability of the parties to reach an
agreement. If the parties are able to agree to a settlement,
the attorneys fees could be as low as $500.00. If,
however, the parties take the case to trial and every issue
is tried, the attorneys fees could exceed $10,000.00.Court
fees are different for every county and are subject to change
at any time.
